1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ALGO4X (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to use our services. By using ALGO4X, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties and Trading Risks

The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to trade, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite.

• ALGO4X provides software and tools designed to assist in trading but does not guarantee any level of performance or profitability
• Past performance of any trading system or methodology is not necessarily indicative of future results
• You agree that ALGO4X is not responsible for any losses incurred through the use of our Expert Advisors (EAs), indicators, or related software
• Algorithmic trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors
• You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose

3. Software License and Usage

Upon purchase, ALGO4X grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the EA or indicator for your personal trading accounts.

• Our software is locked to the specific trading account numbers (Account IDs) you provide during or after purchase
• You may not distribute, sub-license, rent, or lease the software to any third party
• Decompiling, reverse engineering, or attempting to extract the source code of the algorithms is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your license without refund
• You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your licensed software
• We reserve the right to audit usage and verify account ownership at any time

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some of our services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Generally, due to the digital nature of the software, refunds are only provided if there is a documented technical failure of the software that our support team is unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.

• You are responsible for any applicable taxes
• Failed payments may result in immediate suspension of services

5. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the software at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of ALGO4X, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Reasons for suspension may include but are not limited to:

• Reverse engineering or attempting to decompile our software
• Sharing account access with unauthorized users
• Using our software for illegal activities
• Harassment or abuse of our support staff
• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment activity

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, and materials available through ALGO4X are the property of ALGO4X or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software without prior written consent from ALGO4X.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALGO4X shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Modifications to Terms

ALGO4X reserves the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion and without any notice. Changes to our Terms become effective on the date they are posted.

Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ALGO4X operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
